His commercial interests include rural merchandising, agronomy services and the accumulation, processing, packaging and export of a range of agricultural commodities.
He built an enterprise with $10 million annual turnover servicing growers with competitive farm input costs and alternative marketing options.
He is part of a comprehensive network of farmers, agribusinesses and innovators providing leadership for Australian agriculture.
He has established several significant joint R&D projects with universities and state agricultural departments.
Internationally, he has created a global network of agents and interacts with them in developing commodity export programs.

Michael is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria and Tasmania and a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Queensland.
Michael has a special interest in property law, property development, company law, business law, banking law & finance and taxation law.
Michael is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law and is a member of the Property Investors Association of Australia.

Will has over 30 years of operational management experience in software technology, finance and services.
He served in senior finance positions in the insurance and superannuation industries in roles including banking system software
engineering and pricing and planning.
His family has had a long term association with the land in horses and cattle since the early 1800s.

Dolly has more than 32 years’ experience in senior positions in marketing and business management in both China and Australia.
Prior to founding DG Global Group, she was general manager for China at Apex Energy NL for 3 years, successfully expanding Apex’s sphere of influence to the Asian market and establishing strong relationships in the Chinese government, in business and with energy groups in China.
She is backed by a vast network of professional relationships and has a comprehensive understanding of Chinese market strategies. Her focus lies in facilitating developments in the Chinese market through liaison with Chinese government organisations, provincial energy companies and steel companies.
Dolly plays a key role in joint venture negotiations, strategic management and expansion planning. She is also vice-chairperson for the Australian Federation of Chinese Organizations and also founder of the Australian Overseas-Chinese Association of Industry and Commerce.
